Our Terms & Conditions:

● 1) 1 ML extra Filler syringe can be purchased on request. No external vendors are allowed.

● 2) No photography is allowed during the sessions or in the Cadaver Lab. Photos can be taken outside the lab.

● 3) Cell phones are NOT ALLOWED in the Cadaver Lab.

● 4) Attendees are to assemble 15 mins early each morning.

● 5) Attendees are to report back 5 minutes before the scheduled time after breaks.

● 6) All attendees are requested to come professionally dressed on all days.

● 7) A copy of your Registration Form & Receipt must be on your person at all times.

● 8) All applicants must collect their Lanyards at the Registration Desk to gain access to respective workshop events.

● 9) All Covid -19 protocols of the local government as well as the centre have to be adhered to for entry into the halls or the lab-at the time of the course.

● 10) Kindly take due care of all venue equipment. Any breakage shall be charged from the attendee.

● 11) Only a certain number of seats are available per workshop. As soon as a workshop or course is sold out, the registration will automatically close and it will no longer be possible to book a place via the website.

● 12) If a workshop is full, you can email us to register for the reserve list. Put in the subject of your E-mail 'Reserve List [workshop or course]'. Please state your full name and telephone number. If a place becomes vacant, we will contact you as soon as possible.

● 13) You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the Workshop by you.

● 14) Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any such promotional materials and any materials used at the workshop (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) are the property of the Academy and may not be reproduced in any medium without the Academy's prior written consent.

● 15) The Academy reserves the right to change the published programme in case of unavoidable circumstances.

● 16) In case you are late at the workshop due to travel delays, kindly inform us well in time so we may keep your slot reserved. Lunch and light refreshments shall be provided on all days of the workshop.

● 17) If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you, please email us as soon as possible at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Workshop.

● 18) Seats are available on First Come, First Serve basis only.

STUDENT OBLIGATIONS:

● 1) If in our opinion your behavior is likely to cause any disturbance at the Workshop, you will be requested to exit the Workshop. We will not be liable to refund your Course Fee or any other payment.

● 2) You must comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue. You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Workshop.

● 3) You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings).

● 4) You are responsible for collecting your certificates from the counters at the end of the workshop. In case of couriers, the cost shall be borne by the students.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● 1) Cancellation upto 30th May 2023 - 50% Refundable

● 2) Cancellation on or after 5th June 2023 - 20% Refundable

● 3) Cancellation on or after 10th June 2023 - No Refund

● 4) Non - Attendance/Inability to reach the Workshop Venue - No Refund

● 5) All repayments/refunds will be done 15 Days after the workshop concludes.
