Terms and Conditions:
DIAS
(1): Seats would be given on first come first serve basis.
(2): Seat would be confirmed only after paying up the
registration
amount.
(3): Date of Joining would be confirmed only after getting
confirmation from the Mentor.
(4): Soft Skills sessions would be in online mode only.
(5): Students would be provided with a Log Sheet, which
they have
to fill up, get it signed by the mentors and send it to the
centre
head - DIAS.
(6): Students can avail extra hands on (upto 2) on any
procedure
by paying the cost of consumables at the centre.
(7): Cost of consumables may vary from one centre to
another.
(8): Hands on training would be initiated only after
receiving 2
instalments of the fee.
(9): Students opting for only DIAS courses, will get to
observe
and do hands on training at the centre. No theory classes would
be
conducted.
(10): Students would receive certificates after the
completion of
HANDS - ON training from DIAS.
(11): For redressal of any grievances, students are to
directly
contact the Administrative Director or Executive Director -
DIAS.
(12): The Director will be the final authority incase of
any
conflict
(13): The Mentor will be the final authority incase of any
conflict
at the centre.
(14): Matters not covered by these rules are left to
Directors’
discretion and their decision shall be final.
Poaching of
clients/staff of
the DIAS centres is a punishable offence leading to abrupt
termination of
the course and forfeiting the fee.:
ASI
(1): Students can opt for DIAS - ASI courses.
(2): ASI - Education Partner, will be responsible for
only
teaching theory to the students opting for DIAS - ASI courses.
(3): Students can opt for either online or offline
classes.
(4):Offline classes are subject to global condition.
(5):Students would get access to online module of ASI in
both the
options (online and offline).
(6):Students will have to pre read the module before the
online
sessions.
(7):Students will have to to clear the assignments.
(8):Students will get the certificate from ASI only after
completion of online/offline classes.
(9):Students opting for offline classes will have to bear
the cost
of travel, boarding & meals.
(10):Students will have to arrange for VISA on their own,
if
opting for offline classes.
(11):The offline classes would be conducted at ASI centre,
Melbourne - Australia.
(12):The duration of offline classes would be 14 days.
(13):Students will get to attend lectures and observe the
procedures.
(14):Students are not allowed to do hands on training at
ASI
Centre as per the rules of Australian Government.
(15):The Overseas Clinical Director will be the final
authority
incase of any conflict at ASI centre.
(16):For redressal of any grievances, students are to
directly
contact the Administrative Director or Executive Director -
DIAS.
(17):The Director will be the final authority incase of
any
conflict.
(18):Matters not covered by these rules are left to
Directors’
discretion and their decision shall be final.
